Tuesday: Chicken Salad Pita Pockets (I used light mayo)
Wednesday: Spaghetti w/ Italian Turkey Sausage Sauce
Thursday: Tacos
Friday: Chili Mac
Saturday: Homemade Pizza
Sunday: Marinated Grilled Pork Chops
I plan 2-3 servings of fruits/vegetables with each dinner, but most often I throw these together at the last minute, rather than planning them up front.
