Tuesday: Whole Wheat Pancakes and Bacon
Wednesday: Potatoes Au Gratin and Ham
Thursday: Baja Marinated Grilled Chicken
Saturday: Twice Baked Potatoes
Sunday: Spinach, Rice and Cheese Casserole
I plan 2-3 servings of fruits/vegetables with each dinner, but most often I throw these together at the last minute, rather than planning them up front.
