Friday: Deep Dish Pizza Casserole
Saturday: Grilled Bratwurst
Sunday: Stir-fry and Rice
I plan 2-3 servings of fruits/vegetables with each dinner, but most often I throw these together at the last minute, rather than planning them up front.
